We searched in the forest to find items for our forest wands. We looked for the perfect stick and then we collected different coloured leaves, we also used some rosemary which is growing in school. We brought everything back to the classroom and used our scissors to snip everything to make tiny pieces. Our scissor skills are really improving. Our wands look and smell great, we discussed how we might use our wand and our imagination over the weekend. The classroom is a mess but it is definitely worth it, we really concentrated on our cutting and sticking skills and produced amazing wands to take home.
