8th May 2025 is the 80th anniversary of VE Day. VE stands for Victory in Europe and it is a special day when we remember the end of World War Two. Everyone came to school dressed up in war time clothes or wearing something red, white or blue. We listened to songs from the war and had a special assembly to learn all about what happened in 1945. At lunch time we had a street party just like they would’ve had 80 years ago!
